A Connected Approach
“Our goal is for every patient to feel they are receiving exceptional care, whether they are treated by one clinician or another on our team. To support this, we regularly hold training sessions that involve hands-on collaboration, troubleshooting complex cases, and refining clinical approaches. These sessions also allow us to introduce new techniques and review the most current research. As a result, our team works closely and consistently, ensuring patients experience seamless continuity of care regardless of which clinician they see.“ -Priska Moser
Our Start
Stride Physio and Wellness was opened in October 2021 by Priska Moser who drew on her 20 years of connections and experience to create a holistic physical wellness clinic.
Our Experience
Stride is proud to offer a team of very dedicated, skilled, and caring professionals from across Kitchener-Waterloo in settings including St. Mary’s Hospital, Freeport Hospital and the LHIN.
Our Specialties
From quick pain relief to long-term rehabilitation, Stride specializes in meeting unique needs by bringing together a variety of disciplines and practitioners.
The Stride Method
Pain Reduction Therapy
Stride’s therapists begin with sessions focused on pain reduction, using a tailored combination of fascial stretch therapy, myofascial release, heat therapy, and acupuncture.
Building Your Foundation
Moving forward Stride Physio and Wellness will customize therapy sessions to systematically guide your required treatments in regaining strength and movement.
Building Your Strength
With your pain reduced, and your foundation reinforced, therapy can move into strengthening sessions with goals of balancing your body and reducing the risk of further injury.
Maintenance Treatment
As progress is made, other concerns may arise. Regular reassessments are offered utilizing hands-on treatment, patient feedback, and reviewing and adjusting your home exercise plan.
